The sealing arrangement for a metal component (12) embedded in injection molded plastic material (30) comprises at least one element (26, 28) which is made of an elastic material and at least partially surrounds the metal component. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a sealing arrangement. It involves application of at least one element of elastic material before a plastic material is introduced.
