The invention relates to a seat subframe for a vehicle seat, comprising a seat frame having two side parts, a seat pan for receiving a seat cushion, and a device for seat depth and seat inclination adjustment. According to the invention, a first guide slot (1) arranged in the seat side parts (11, 12), a second guide slot (2) arranged in a seat pan receptacle (21, 22), and a universal joint axis (3) which engages through both guide slots (1, 2) and is connected to a drive (80) for seat depth adjustment and a drive (90) for seat inclination adjustment are provided. The solution according to the invention creates a combination for seat depth and seat inclination adjustment with an optimal force application point for both seat adjustments and enables a significant reduction in components for power transmission from the adjustment drive to the force application point on the seat part.
