The arrangement has an electrical heating device (1) arranged in the induction air channel (4) or in the air filter housing (3). The electrical heating device can be arranged between the combustion chamber inlet (2a) and the feed from the exhaust gas feedback system (5). The electrical heating device is in the form of a heating flange.
