The actuating element controller has segmented magnet (3) attached to the shaft (21.1) of the actuating element (21) and associated with at least one Hall switch (4) so that it detects a pole transition when the magnet is displaced and switches off a motor (5) that drives the shaft to alter the angular position of the actuating element.
