Vehicle dynamics control method

The dynamic control method for a four-wheeled vehicle comprises calculating the available traction potential between the wheels and road surface using a computer system and applying longitudinal force to the wheels taking this into account. Separate control systems also apply transverse and vertical forces to the wheels, so that all of the traction potential is used .
