Side door of vehicle in two panels

The door consists of two hinged panels (1, 2), a front panel (1) hinged to the vehicle body by a first vertical pivot (4) and a rear panel hinged to the second about a vertical pivot (5) with guides that allow the front panel to open at a greater angle than the rear one. The guides are in the form of additional pivots (6, 7) at the rear and front of the front panel, connected by a bar (8), and with the four pivots forming a deformable quadrilateral. The door opening can be assisted by a power cylinder (12), motor or similar.
