In the vehicle (3), data concerning instantaneous location and destination are employed to determine the current route. Information is supplied to a traffic network from a central, traffic information database (11). This information is used to determine the route between the instantaneous position and destination. Determined- and current routes are presented to the driver. An Independent claim is included for corresponding equipment.
