Railway vehicle with windows

The rail vehicle has a wagon box (1) with window apertures in the side walls (7) and separating window part (6). Each window aperture has a holding web pointing radially inwards and set back. The outsides of the window parts are set back to the same plane as the adjacent sectors of the holding web.
