Perforated disk especially for injection valves and process for producing it
DRIVE
March 6, 2002
The perforated disc structure (23), esp. for injection valves, is a multi-layer with ≥ 1 further centre layer (40) between the upper (35) and lower (37) layers. It has ≥ 1 channel (42) giving a total connection between ≥ 1 inlet (36) and one outlet (38) opening. Also claimed is a mfg. process using electroplating for metal deposition to form a number of layers (35,37,40) of the disc (23) on each other by multi-layer plating.
