Method for controlling vacuum in an internal combustion engine intake manifold

The invention relates to a method for controlling vacuum in an intake conduit (4) of a combustion engine in a vehicle, which vehicle is provided with a brake booster (19) and means (16) for actuating the brake booster (19), whereby actuation of the brake booster (19) causes a throttle valve (18) in the intake conduit (4) to close in order to create a vacuum to the brake booster (19).
