The rotary bearing part (7) is able to swivel about a swivel axis (11) aligned at right angles to the transverse plane between a raised position and an incline position and in a second section is swivelled from the raised to the incline position so that the coupling arm (4) swivels up. The rotary axle member (6) is associated with a guide device (12) which is rotationally secured with the bearing part during the second movement section. A drive device (9) is connected rotationally secured to a joint (20) and articulated with the rotary axle member so that from the non-use position the drive device swivels the bearing part against a stop (22) which limits the raised position of the rotary bearing part. The axle member is released from the guide device and the drive turns the axle member up to a stop (23) which determines the useful position.
