The throttle valve shaft (16) is held in bearing eyes (22,24) of a housing (12), and one end (20) projects through a holder element bore. The holder element (44) is fastened to the housing with its radial outer section and via screws (50). In the area of the bore it engages with each side on a ring disc-shaped securing element (46,48). The elements are fastened to the throttle valve shaft, and the shaft is freely turnable in the element bore.
