Secure driving aid for motor vehicles

Acquisition process receives values (V1-Vp) for physical values representing the vehicle state. From the values, the extent of a safety zone in front of the vehicle is determined. Determined zone is then displayed on the windscreen of the vehicle and aids a driver in avoiding an obstacle that initially occurs in the safety zone in front of the vehicle and then seems likely to move into a danger zone immediately in front of the driver.
