Headrest, especially for motor vehicle seats

The seat headrest comprises padding (3) fixed to a mounting frame (1) and two movable webs (5) able to pivot about a horizontal transverse spindle located at the base of the padding. The webs form side branches of a U-shaped part (4) whose central branch (6) pivots by remaining parallel to the lower edge of the padding fixed above this edge.
