The tape has several lamellas, connected via first connection elements. Each lamella has two opposite legs and two or more apertures, extending at right angles to the tape direction. At least one more connection element is formed between the apertures. The second element is formed as a web and permits compression and/or stretching of the tape in longitudinal direction. There is a V-shaped cut-out between every two lamellas. The tape has a thickness of 0,1 to 2mm, esp. pref. 0,5 to 0,6mm, and is of metal, pref. steel, esp. pref. of aluminum and has plastic or rubber injection-molded around it.
