The second element is formed as a web and permits compression and/or stretching of the tape in longitudinal direction. There is a V-shaped cut-out between every two lamellas. The tape has a thickness of 0,1 to 2mm, esp. pref. 0,5 to 0,6mm, and is of metal, pref. steel, esp. pref. of aluminum and has plastic or rubber injection-molded around it.",
