Device for fixing a fuel injectior in an internal combustion engine
DRIVE
September 19, 2001
The mounting for a fuel injector, at an internal combustion motor, has a pressure sleeve (6') to clamp it in place through the axial action of the injector clamp. The forces exerted by the axial clamp give a radial distortion to the sleeve to bear against the wall of the cylinder head drilling to take the injector and against the fuel injection jet, through a bellows-shaped section (21).
