The motor vehicle is equipped with a recognition device (1) ensuring the control of the locking means of the motor vehicle doors (V). This recognition device is capable of exchanging data remotely with an identification member (17) carried by a user to allow access to the vehicle when the identification member has been authenticated by the recognition device. The latter being connected to at least one antenna (2,3,4,5) disposed inside the vehicle in a passenger grab handle (6,8,10,12).
