A non-aqueous electrolytic cell (1) comprises a positive electrode (2), which has a positive electrode active material layer containing, at least a positive electrode active material, a negative electrode (4), which has a negative electrode active material layer containing, at least, a negative electrode active material, and an electrolyte wherein a sulfur compound is added to at least one of the positive electrode active material layer, the negative electrode active material layer, and the electrolyte.
