An adjustable motor vehicle convertible top (1) comprises a convertible top linkage with a plurality of articulated linkage parts that can be locked in the closed position of the convertible top (1). In a simple embodiment, it is provided that in the closed position, a front face of a first bracket (2) of the convertible top linkage engages in a vehicle-fixed receptacle and that the front face of a second bracket (3) of the convertible top linkage overlaps and fixes the front face of the first bracket (2) that engages in the receptacle.
