Testing of cylinder equal charge distribution for internal combustion engine

The method involves measuring the air mass supplied to each cylinder (2-5) individually. The individual measurement values are compared with each other and the differences between the measurement values are determined. An Independent claim is included for a device for implementing the method, which has a separate damping volume (11,21-23) and measuring unit for each suction pipe (8,12-14) of the cylinders.
