The battery has 2 pins (15,17) within the battery winding, respectively enclosed by the terminal regions (13) of a cathode band (12) and an anode band (18) having active surface coatings (14.1,14.2), so that the terminal region is directly enclosed by a winding of the wound band, with a separator (19) soaked in an electrolyte, inserted between the cathode and anode bands.
