The drive has an i.c. engine (1) coupled to the drive transmission (4) and provided on the opposite side with an electrical starter/generator unit (8) having a stator (9) and a rotor (10) mounted on the engine crankshaft (2), which is provided with a rotation-adaptive vibration damping device (11) on the inside of the rotor.
