Combining sweet and spicy flavours with craveable crunch, Honi Poke’s new summer menu introduces six new dishes, a first-of-its-kind tortilla chip poke base and a host of new toppings. Leading the launch is the Swicy Prawn Bowl – a fusion of flavours, which brings together the sweetness of prawns, mango and avocado, the spice of citrus masago sriracha and wasabi furikake, and the crunch of pickled red cabbage and sunomono cucumber.
