New Swicy Prawn Bowl, crunchy tortilla chip bases and five more flavour-packed bowls land in stores this summer This summer, Honi Poke is turning up the heat on one of the biggest food trends this year: Swicy. Combining sweet and spicy flavours with craveable crunch, Honi Poke’s new summer menu introduces six new dishes, a first-of-its-kind tortilla chip poke base and a host of new toppings. Leading the launch is the Swicy Prawn Bowl – a fusion of flavours, which brings together the sweetness of prawns, mango and avocado, the spice of citrus masago sriracha and wasabi furikake, and the crunch of pickled red cabbage and sunomono cucumber. Joining the line-up are five more dishes inspired by flavours from across the Pacific and East Asia: Tokyo Yuzu Bowl – Inspired by the bright, fresh flavours of Japan, this vibrant bowl combines salmon, juicy mango and creamy smashed avocado with crisp pickled cucumber and Japanese cabbage salad.
