A solution found for inbox focus jumping whenever you delete or move email in Apple Mail

Hi all! In my infinite wisdom, gained at the feet of such mighty scholars as Brian, Tyler and others, I accidentally stumbled on a solution for unwanted focus jumping to the end or beginning of my Apple Mail inbox every time I moved or deleted an email, to wit, immediately after the deletion or moving and before doing anything else: Press VO-left arrow or VO-right arrow. Proceeding on the foundation established by our world famous champions in this community, I can most confidently assert, contend and proclaim without any doubt whatsoever, that I have absolutely no clue whatsoever why this solution actually works.
