Help with age verification

Hello applevis community. On Wednesday, I got an email saying my Claude account has been paused because it thought I am a child. In order for me to turn my account back on, I would need to complete the age verification. However, this has not been going well for me; it never recognizes my face, so I cannot actually get my age verified. It just says that it failed to determine my age. The age verification link will expire in 28 days from Friday, May 8th, 2026, and I will not be able to appeal the decision anymore. Once that happens, I won't be able to get back into that account ever again. My account has all of my chats and memory in there, and I do not want to have to retrain the AI. I have already filled out the appeal form, so I am currently awaiting a response. If you have any other suggestions, feel free to put them down in the comments. I am all ears.
