urgent, VoiceOver not responding

Guys, I have an urgent problem! I went to check the iPhone battery screen and then used the VoiceOver action to describe the audio graph. It made about three sounds, I kept swiping right, it said "graph summary" or something like that, and it just died. Nothing I do is bringing it back to normal. The accessibility shortcut doesn't vibrate to indicate that VoiceOver is activated, and I tried to restart the iPhone (if I'm even doing it correctly) and nothing. In one of the combinations, it said something like "screen curtain," and I think there was a sound with it, which means I think I accidentally turned on the sound curtain. What do I do? I'm desperate. Ios 26.4, iPhone 16e.
