munimad.x10host.com is not responding

Hello x10hosting, I'm having trouble accessing my website munimad.x10host.com, it gives timeout and returning 100% packet loss when pinging. Could someone tell me if there are any known general outages or if my specific server (X14, IP: 198.91.81.14) is down or undergoing maintenance? I would greatly appreciate any information or help.
