anybody else having this strange Siri issue?

Ever since I updated to the latest publicly available iOS (26.4) I noticed a strange and annoying issue. If I use Siri to open apps, there seems to be a much longer delay before the siri screen goes away and the app is actually usable. The app appears, but Voiceover is still talking to me at the Siri volume, so I know Siri hasn't completely vanished. I can't be sure, but it seems Siri stays on screen, or at least active in audio, for an extra 10-15 seconds longer than it used to. Anybody know what's causing this? is there a fix? Should I file a bug report? Cheers!
