Wicked bizarre issue with dictation: Anyone else seeing this?

OK, I have something stupid weird going on here, and I can't for the life of me figure this out to save my A double crooked letter, and it's driving me bonkers! So... Ever since I updated to the iOS 26.5 most latest developer beta seed which came out I'm guessing today, 4/14/2006, Now, any time I double tap on a text entry field, no matter what app it is, with one exception, which is the Messages app, or any other Apple stock app like Mail, Music, etcetera, I hear no little chime when I then two finger double tap, AKA, magic tap, to start dictation. Visually, I have enough sight to tell that in the bottom right corner of the keyboard, on any app aside from any Apple stock apps, the dictate icon is lighting up even though I don't hear the chime, but no dictation is occuring when I speak. Further, after about 2 at most seconds, the dictate icon deactivates. Again, no audible indication of this, but I have enough vision to tell. Here's the even more weird part though. If I double tap that actual dictate icon, I then do hear the chime, and dictate works perfectly. I even then can stop dictating with the magic tap like before. Further still, at that point, dictation works fine until I either 1, dismiss the on screen keyboard, or 2, force quit the app from the app switcher, and then relaunch it. Yes, before anyone asks, I disabled wifi just in case my internet network was having issues. Yes, I did go to settings>Apple intelligence and Siri and disable and re-enable intelligence. I couldn't find a separate setting like before to just disable Siri alone. I also did go to settings>General>Keyboard and disabled and re-enabled dictation. I've also signed completely out of iCloud and back in. I even signed totally out of my Apple ID, and back in... None of that fixed it. I tried on cellular 5G ultra wideband, and also that didn't work. I went to Settings>General>Reset, and reset all network settings. No good. I even deleted all siri and dictation data from Apple's end. I've reset and restarted the phone/springboard bhy doing a quick volume up, volume down, then pressing and holding the side button until the phone restarted. I also did the volume up, down, side button, then double tapped on power off, and totally shut off the phone for about 2 minutes, then turned it back on. I made sure I had over 50 percent battery. I made sure I'm not in low power mode, or anything that may make it not send the query through correctly. My friend told me he's not having this issue at all after updating, but then, he's got an iPhone 16 Pro max. I have the 15 Pro Max. I can't imagine it's isolated to just the 15 line, but, I suppose, anything's technically possible. I'm not complaining. I mean, this is a beta, so, anything can happen, but while I did report and file this through the Feedback app, I'm just wondering if anyone else in the right conditions as listed above can reproduce this. I mean, this is just insane nuts! I can't imagine what in the hell is going on! Excuse my language. I've used iOS ever since 2009, so am profoundly familiar with it, and with Voiceover both, and I cannot think of anything else to do that may fix this. Taht said, I'm open to any suggestions. Chris.
