Eloquence no longer differentiates between its sampling rates, 11 and 16 kHz.

Hi friends, how's it going? For some time now, with a few iOS versions, I've noticed a problem with Eloquence voices. Those who use and are familiar with it know that the synthesizer has different sampling rates depending on the platform or context. The most common sampling rates are 11 kHz, which tends to be more open and is the voice's default, and 16 kHz, less common, more closed and sibilant, which is my preference. However, no matter what I try, switching between sampling rates has no effect; Eloquence always remains at 16 kHz, the higher rate. This isn't always a problem for me, but I sometimes like to switch to the default rate because it's easier to hear, especially in noisy environments.
