Feedback request: VoiceOver accessibility in EMDR app

Hi everyone, I'm Bas, developer of the EMDR app, an app for visual, audio and haptic bilateral stimulation. It's been available since 2021 on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV and Vision Pro. We've just implemented VoiceOver in 19 languages, and I'd love feedback from this community on how well the app works with it. We care a lot about accessibility but I'm aware that our own testing can only go so far without a11y community input, so I'd appreciate real-world feedback from VoiceOver users. Is anything confusing or hard to reach? On a side note, the latest update also adds a dedicated Assistive Access interface, a first for a third-party app, to our knowledge.
