Looking for VoiceOver feedback on MemorizeAnything, a free accessible flashcard app

Hi everyone, I'm the developer of MemorizeAnything , a free flashcard app for iPhone and iPad, and I'd really love to get honest feedback from VoiceOver users. I built this app with VoiceOver support from day one — not as an afterthought. As someone who cares deeply about accessibility, I wanted to create a study tool that actually works well with a screen reader instead of fighting against it. But I know there's always room to improve, and the people who use VoiceOver every day are the best ones to tell me what's working and what isn't.

What the app does

MemorizeAnything is a spaced repetition flashcard app. You can create decks manually, import them from CSV or PDF, or type a topic and let on-device AI generate a deck for you. All AI processing happens entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence — nothing leaves your phone. There are seven study modes: classic flashcards, Audio Study (hands-free with AirPods and lock screen controls), Multiple Choice, Matching Game, Speed Round, Type Master, and a Daily Challenge. You earn XP, maintain streaks, and track your progress.

Accessibility features I've built in

Here's what I've done so far to make the app work well with VoiceOver:

• Audio Study mode — reads every card aloud and works with AirPods and lock screen controls, so you can study hands-free.
• Magic Tap — two-finger double-tap to flip any card instantly.
• Swipe to reorder — swipe up or down on any item to rearrange it. No dragging required.
• Full accessibility labels and hints on every button, card, progress bar, and game element.
• Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion are fully supported.
• Sound effects play alongside VoiceOver without interrupting it.

Completely free

I want to be upfront: the app is completely free. No subscriptions, no paywalls. I genuinely want people to use it and find it helpful.

What I'm hoping to hear from you

I'd love feedback on anything, but especially:

• Are there any VoiceOver issues I've missed? Unlabeled buttons, confusing navigation, or areas that don't behave the way you'd expect?
• How does Audio Study mode feel in practice? Is it actually useful for hands-free studying?
• Are the study games accessible and enjoyable, or do any of them feel frustrating to use?
• Is there anything you wish a flashcard app would do that this one doesn't?
