Issues with Ringtones & Eloquence voice?

Hello, I am not currently running the 26.4 beta but am seriously considering running it, hoping it fixes both of the following issues I've been facing. At random, the Reed variant of the Eloquence voice will suddenly & completely go silent. Also, my ringtone will not play. With the Voiceover voice issue, I'm using the Reed variant of Eloquence. Regarding my ringtone, it tends to quit working when used in conjunction with the app my employer uses for our phone system. Both issues happen so randomly that I cannot reliably reproduce them. Has anyone seen either of these issues? If not, I may be more likely to upgrade. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
