  "textContent": "Hello,\nI am not currently running the 26.4 beta but am seriously considering running it, hoping it fixes both of the following issues I've been facing.\nAt random, the Reed variant of the Eloquence voice will suddenly & completely go silent.\nAlso, my ringtone will not play.\nWith the Voiceover voice issue, I'm using the Reed variant of Eloquence.\nRegarding my ringtone, it tends to quit working when used in conjunction with the app my employer uses for our phone system.\nBoth issues happen so randomly that I cannot reliably reproduce them.\nHas anyone seen either of these issues?\nIf not, I may be more likely to upgrade.\nThanks in advance for any information you can provide.",
