CPD releases images of vehicle wanted in hit-and-run death of teen girl on scooter in South Shore

Chicago police have released images of a vehicle wanted in death of 15-year-old girl who was killed in a hit-and-run crash while riding a scooter last month. A 13-year-old girl was injured.
