The Sofia City Court found former investigator Petyo Petrov, widely known as “Euroto”/"Evroto" guilty in a document fraud case linked to the “Eight Dwarfs” scandal, sentencing him to a fine of 2,556 euros while also revoking his detention order and canceling the European arrest warrant issued against him. The ruling came exactly one year after proceedings began in the Sofia City Court over accusations involving large-scale fraud and the unlawful acquisition of money, gold, and valuable coins connected to businessman Yavor Zlatanov and his family. Petrov has been missing for the past three years, and the case was conducted in absentia....
