Project folders and custom sorting for long-term business projects

Thanks for taking the time to write this up. As Projects grows, managing large number of chats can become difficult. Having subfolders, the ability to pin important chats, drag-and-drop ordering, custom sorting, and collapsible sections would make it much easier to keep everything organized and find the information you need.

I really appreciate you sharing your workflow and explaining how these features would help you manage your workflow more effectively. I'll pass this feedback along to the team for consideration.
