Hello OpenAI Team, I use ChatGPT Projects to run my business (brand management, suppliers, accounting, SOPs, marketing, etc.). As my project grows, I now have many chats such as: * 1. Brand Bible * 1. Brand Book * 2. Logo * 3. Product System * 4. Detail Page * 9. Supplier * 09-A. Supplier Database * 10. CEO Meeting Currently, chats are displayed mainly by recent activity, making it difficult to manage documentation. It would be extremely helpful to have: * Folders inside Projects * Drag-and-drop custom ordering * Pin important chats * Alphabetical or custom sorting * Collapsible document sections These features would make ChatGPT Projects much more useful for businesses and long-term knowledge management.
