Unable to Start Free ChatGPT Plus Trial with GoPay (Indonesia) – "Payment was not approved" for More Than a Week

Hi, I experience the same problem with @rakyat-solo. I try to start “Start your free Plus trial (1 Month)” offer using GoPay (Indonesia) as my payment method, but the payment consistently fails. I try to create support ticket for this. But I experience issue in creating the support ticket. I find out OpenAI help center (https://help.openai.com/en) have no create ticket button. I wrote my issue to AI support bot in the website. The bot forward my issue to support specialist. But, the bot don’t reply when I ask it for case ID number. I am not able to provide case ID due to this.
