I try to start “Start your free Plus trial (1 Month)” offer using GoPay (Indonesia) as my payment method, but the payment consistently fails.\n\nI try to create support ticket for this. But I experience issue in creating the support ticket. I find out OpenAI help center (https://help.openai.com/en) have no create ticket button. I wrote my issue to AI support bot in the website. The bot forward my issue to support specialist. But, the bot don’t reply when I ask it for case ID number. I am not able to provide case ID due to this.",
