My account got hacked and i can't sign in anymore

Hi there my Gmail account seems to be hacked and chat gpt account is hacked and i can’t sign into it anymore when i sign in it asks me to write my age and then a error appears that this email is already connected to an account. Is my account gone? I had very important chats there i hope anybody could help me
