I want to know why I cannot access my paid version

Could you share a little more detail about what happens when you try to open ChatGPT? For example , do you see an error message, can’t sign in or something else?

Also:

• Are you using the app or a web browser?
• Have you confirmed that you’re signed into the same account and using the same login method that you used when purchasing the subscription?

A screenshot of the error would also help, but please make sure it doesn’t show any private payment or account information.
