Codex Rate Limits Discussion Thread

The new /usage weekly view in Codex 0.140.0 shows my historical token activity with a lifetime total of 37.4B tokens and a weekly tallest column of 4.6B tokens. This makes the current weekly rate-limit behavior even more confusing: on June 15, my main Pro weekly rate-limit usage increased by +19 percentage points while the locally logged total_usage_tokens between those events were only about 2.05M.

So the new /usage view confirms that OpenAI has server-side token activity data, but it still does not expose the daily/weekly numeric breakdown needed to explain the current rate-limit drain.
