This makes the current weekly rate-limit behavior even more confusing: on June 15, my main Pro weekly rate-limit usage increased by +19 percentage points while the locally logged `total_usage_tokens` between those events were only about 2.05M.\n\nSo the new `/usage` view confirms that OpenAI has server-side token activity data, but it still does not expose the daily/weekly numeric breakdown needed to explain the current rate-limit drain.",
