Issue with workspace seat types getting changed by the system

Update: I found that our support email did include a case number. Our case number is 09923628. However, the issue is still unresolved, and we have not yet received confirmation that our workspace is included in the internal investigation or that a human Billing / Provisioning / Workspace Operations specialist is handling it.
