Unable to reactivate My Chatbgpt business workspace & support is not able to understand the issue

I am logged into the account, but I am still not able to reactivate the workspace, getting below error message again and again . Kindly refer to the attached screenshot and help us resolve this issue on priority, as our users are currently unable to access the corporate ChatGPT workspace. ChatGpt Support is mentioning the you need to make payments, my card is already addedd but its inside the workspace. How should I make the payment if workspace is not accessible to me. We keep getting the below error “payment page encountered an error” My Case ID is : 10054898
