ChatGPT Plus support case 09218555 ignored for weeks — human escalation requested

I know this may not be the official support channel, but official support has not provided a substantive response to my existing case for weeks, so I am asking whether any OpenAI staff or moderators can help escalate it.
I am a ChatGPT Plus customer with an unresolved support case: 09218555.
The issue is specific and technical: one conversation in my ChatGPT history cannot be deleted through the normal UI. Other conversations delete normally, so this appears to be a product/account bug affecting one stuck conversation record.
This was initially misunderstood as a general privacy/data deletion request. I clarified that I am not trying to delete my account, delete all chats, or get instructions on how to delete chats.
OpenAI Support then replied that they were looking into the matter and would “revert back with more information shortly.” Since then, I have received no substantive response despite repeated follow-ups and a bug report.
I am not posting private chat content here. I am simply asking whether any OpenAI staff, moderators, or community managers can help get this existing case escalated to a human technical/product support person.
