Codex % on Chats, DID SOMETHING CHANGE?

On a pro account. 100.00 a month used Codex FOR 2 HRS (MAX) AND THEY SAY NO MORE % YOU NEED TO UPGRADE. TRIED THAT. This is twice now. first time on codex it poped up you are out of % so I clicked the dam link bought the 200.00 worth of credits, tokens whatever and they put them on my wife’s chatgpt. not the codex that the popup came up on.. ok fine my bad.. now I am using my codex after waiting 2 days for the % come come back I use it for 2hrs at the most and it shuts me down again with % gone upgrade. so I try to go to the 200.00 pro account AND WAS FUCKING DENIED. Sorry I am a bit pissed. lack of a human to talk to is unbelievably upsetting. .. support doesn’t do squat, anyone with any real advice.. I am half way through my project after 5 weeks and now I can’t go 2 hrs..
