What happen to codex now its so slow

Previously i was happy on Plus account, and everything was good i’m just on gpt-5.5 on medium, I upgrade to Pro because of the pro “Double your normal Codex”, and i want to try gpt-5.5 xhigh, i was just happy for a week, and now everything is crawling, gpt-5.5 is so slow and sometimes not following instructions, it was much better on the plus account before than what happening now. It look like “Double your normal Codex because everything will be so slow”. is there something wrong with Codex right now that I dont aware of? Because this is not what i experience when I’m on Pro account, it look like I upgrade from better plan to a worst one. Anybody there who know what happening now?
